These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This ensures that our operations align with UK legal standards.

All intellectual property transfers upon full payment unless agreed otherwise.

Upon full payment of fees for our services, CeyDev assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the bespoke software or deliverables created specifically for the client, excluding any pre-existing background IP or third-party components.

Confidentiality is maintained by both parties.

Both CeyDev and the client agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical data, and customer lists. We implement strict measures to protect your proprietary information.

Liability is limited to the value of services provided.

To the extent permitted by law, CeyDev's total liability for any claims arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
